I am in possession of a credit card American Express business with my employer as owner of the main board in the last six months. I use this credit card for official purposes. So my question is whether I have a credit history or not.

Depends. Some evidence in the files credit "authorized users" ... I'm not sure it applies to business accounts.

They do not make payments. You're just a user of your credit approval.
